How you can join the Jane Music site and start joining Access to Jane Music is not inherently public. People who connect to the site are "trading" with the site owner. You must be a member of the Jane Music mailing list to use the site. When you sign up to the list you will receive an automated message with the site details. Do I need to have anything to offer? No. I don't demand that users upload. I would like to think that everyone who had Finn-related bootlegs and material would share it at their earliest convienience, which is what I have seen in the past. However, this rule is not strictly enforced. People who consistantly abuse this priviledge may be removed without warning. Referring other fans to the site Please, do not point your friends directly to the FTP address. Send them to this site and ask them to subscribe to the mailing list. Whats up with the two sets of login information? Access to the fan club section is only available to fan club members. To trade fan club discs you must have emailled me to confirm your membership details. Sharing of Material Jane Music is TOTALLY NON-COMMERCIAL. It is maintained in the spirit of sharing music. However, please make sure that files you download from Jane Music are not shared on Napster or any other peer-to-peer file network. This detracts from the Jane community value and lowers the chances of new people joining to share what music they have. Policy on studio releases Short answer: No. We do not own the copyright
on these. If you want MP3s of studio releases, you are a bad person. Go to Kazaa. Main Menu
